Join producer/keys man Jude and his bandmates from Beyond The Blue to learn how they mix up jazz with all different strands of contemporary urban beats to create their own unique fusion. In this interactive participatory workshop you’ll learn about how to bring jazz influences into your playing and composing, and then how to mix those influences with contemporary sounds from jungle, drill, garage and hip hop to create your own sound. This FREE workshop for ages 12-25 is open to players of instruments, rappers, producers and singers, of all abilities – come and add some jazz to your music making!
All attendees also get FREE entry to the Beyond The Blue gig the same evening – doors 7.30.
