This is a very old skill of upcycling rags, any kind of fabric, to weave a small mat using a very different type of tool called a ‘prodding’ tool. It is a fun process and a chance to rip and cut up any unwanted colourful fabric and to poke a pattern onto a frame. We will be using homemade prodders to take home with you!
