Dad La Soul is a revolutionary, grassroots movement, that uses the arts, music, tech and play to tackle social isolation in dads and kids.
We produce kick-ass Saturday morning playdates for dads, stepdads, granddads and male carers who want to hang out with their kids, play/learn/teach new skills and make some new cool friends. We also have two new VR headsets to use at every indoor sessions, available for all to use in order to explore different places, times, planets and more, all from our lovely Worthing base. Inspiring ideas and conversations for kids and dads alike. We also have a private outdoor space and a special sensory room for adults and children to play in.
Here’s what we’re up to this year (at Guild Care unless stated):
You can also expect soft play, old-school tunes, crafting, Lego, dress-up, free drinks/snacks.
Venue is Methold House, unless stated above.
NOTE: The entrance to Methold House is round the back, next to the carpark.

We have an incredible HQ in the centre of Worthing, with free parking, a garden, three rooms, a big screen and a cafe. It is essentially the dad version of when women go to the toilet together at the pub except the kids are invited. It’s a safe space for dads and kids to let off steam, have some banter and ask for help. Suitable for children aged 0-10
