The launch of 2023 Worthing Mental Health Awareness event coincides with World Mental Health Day on Tuesday 10th October at 9.30am – 12.30pm
The morning will be full of useful information and our Keynote speakers will be Breakeven, Gamblers Anonymous, West Sussex Mind, Tim Loughton, Sir Peter Bottomley and other key guests will be joining us
Worthing’s First ever Mental Health Expo will be held on Wednesday 11th, in the Guildbourne Centre where you can come along and talk to the experts face to face
There continues to be a real need for good quality Mental Health advice & support as well as training for businesses & their staff and we think this yeah having an Expo & training will provide a great opportunity to reach even more people than we have done in the last 10 years
Also on the 11th, West Sussex Mind, Andy’s Angels, Innavision, Breakeven and Dementia Friendly Worthing will be running 1-hour different training courses, all of which will be providing information on Mental Health in the Workplace, Coping with stress, mental health first aid, supporting bereavement in the workplace all of which are FREE to attend
