In 2018 AudioActive, Colonnade House & Worthing Borough Council brought together the local music community at St Pauls (now The Venue) to discuss the challenges and opportunities for Worthing’s Live music ecosystem. Five years later, the landscape has shifted. Covid decimated the live music industry for the best part of 2 years. One of the town’s best loved grassroots music venues has been lost. Other venues have been born. But do all of the key ingredients for a vibrant and thriving music ecosystem still exist in the town?
Join AudioActive for an evening of discussion, panel conversations and live music from AudioActive affiliated artists as we again invite Worthing’s music venues, promoters, public services creators, performers (and basically anyone who wants to contribute!) to come back together to explore how, after such a tumultuous few years, we can all work together to supercharge Worthing’s vibrant music ecosystem.
