Join West Sussex Mind’s Mental Elf Festive Fun Run on Sunday 29 November for a morning of Christmas cheer, community spirit and feel-good fundraising!
Whether you fancy a 5k or a 2k, everyone is welcome! Walk, jog, run or dance at your own pace – no experience needed, all ages and abilities are welcome, and even your four-legged friends can join in! Elf costumes aren’t compulsory, but they’re definitely encouraged!
Expect festive fun! Enjoy live music, food, refreshments and Christmas stalls as you follow the beautiful Worthing Seafront route, starting at Splashpoint and finishing back at Beach House Grounds.
Last year, 250 runners and walkers raised an amazing £9,000! This year, we’re hoping to make an even bigger impact.
Every step makes a difference. West Sussex Mind supports adults, children and young people across West Sussex, because no one should have to face a mental health problem alone. In 2025, we supported 8,199 people in our community, and every ticket and donation helps us reach even more people who need us.
