Come and join us for an evening of light music with The Rowland Singers Choral Society conducted by Helen Emery, with guest flautist Dominic Smith and piano accompaniment by Kathryn Kay. The choir will perform songs from popular musicals including One Day More from Les Miserables, and Hushabye Mountain from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and many more popular songs. The concert ends with the three rousing ‘Last Night of the Proms’ pieces arranged by Edward Elgar and Malcolm Sargent. There really is something for everyone to enjoy and tap their feet to!
There will be a raffle and bucket collection for the charity MIND.
Tickets for the concert are £10.00 for adults and £4.00 for children. These are available on the door or by telephoning 01903 238792. Doors open at 7.00pm.
