Anne’s sgraffito pieces feature merchant ships, sailing boats, fishing trawlers and all things to do with the sea and the coast.
Rum cups, pedestal bowls, and jugs have boats and ships traversing stormy seas or sheltering in tree lined harbours.
Each piece is handmade and has its own individual character.

Prior to the Coronation, 8 May, the Gallery is running a ‘Relief Sculpture Challenge’ inviting you to create your own unique coin design in clay.
The winning design will be cast to enable copies to be created, even in chocolate if desired!! Photos of all the best entries plus the winning design will be exhibited at the Gallery in May.
