Learn how to 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐬 while 𝐫𝐞𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐬. Join local printmaker Marta Jim for a unique printing workshop!
N𝐨 𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐝.
We will use tetra paks (juice cartons), pointy tools and a small printing press to create images using an easy printing technique called drypoint – 𝐛𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬!
You will learn how create your own prints from start to finish and learn some tricks and tips along the way. You will also learn how to use any materials you may have at home with or without a press so you can keep practising after this session. Everything provided, including refreshments.
