Shot entirely on the beaches of Adur & Worthing between February and July 2022, Just Add Water focusses on the community of people who swim in the sea all year round, asking them why they do it, what they get out of it and how it feels.
Exploring subjects such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, the joy of being in nature, community and grief, Just Add Water is a powerful and emotional film which is about so much more than swimming. At it’s heart this is a film about what it is to be human.
