Free Public Talk and Meditation with Canadian Buddhist monk, Gen Kelsang Thekchen
These are unusual and difficult times. It’s easy to get caught up in all the events that are unfolding and be left with a sense of hopelessness, despair and fear. This can have a very negative effect on our mental health and physical well being. This public talk will explore simple meditations and mental perspectives that increase our inner peace, happiness and well being and leave us with a sense of hope that we can improve and control how we respond to difficulties not only for our own benefit but for those around us as well. This event includes guided meditation and a talk.
