Gratitude Ceremony, Breathwork, Guided Meditation, followed by an incredible Sound Bath to finish the evening, held here at the sacred sanctuary location that is Sussex Barn, Field Place, Worthing, West Sussex BN13 1NP.
We will be offering an evening of embodying what is it to RECEIVE, REST, REPAIR, RECONNECT, REJUVENATE and take the moments to PAUSE bringing alignment where balance and flow can be found, enabling complete RECHARGE.

A ticketed event – £24 per ticket which includes the beautiful Gratitude Ceremony, the Guided Meditation and the Sound Bath.
