Eight-week Mindfulness Course

Mindfulness is a way of paying attention to the present moment with curiosity and acceptance. It allows you to step out of unhelpful habits, that prevent you from experiencing more of what life has to offer.

On this course you will learn;

  • How to recognise when you are experiencing anxiety and stress and skills to reduce these.
  • Tools to be kinder to yourself.
  • Skills to increase your ability to relax, improve self-confidence and to strengthen emotional resilience.
  • Guided meditation practices to support you in training your mind to be focused and present.
  • Practices that you can integrate into everyday life.

This course will empower you to take charge of your well-being, do the work that only you can do and to consciously and systematically work with life challenges, whether that is stress, pain, illness or the demands of everyday life.
