Free creative taster session for women aged 40+ in Worthing with artists Cole & Joslin.
2 October, 2-3pm at the Connaught Cinema in Worthing.
Using collage and animation we invite women over 40 to a free taster session to find out more about our project, Daisy Chain and take part. All welcome! No prior experience is required or expected.
Inspired by Věra Chytilová’s 1966 film Daises, the project will create a playful, supportive space for women to collaborate and experiment, exploring themes of ageing, visibility and agency leading to mixed media collage work and a co-created film that says something out our lives in 2026. (There will be lots of different ways to get involved and you don’t have to be visible in any film or photography).
Just turn up on the day or contact Natalie Brighton Women’s Centre to find out more: natalietayler@womenscentre.org.uk
