Fill up the water bottle, slip on the lycra and head for the hills … within easy reach of Worthing town you’ll find the country lanes that offer tip top road cycling opportunities. Set off early to enjoy roads at their quietest and you’ll find rolling hills,  challenging accents and some speedy downhills. Then head back into Worthing and cool off with a dip in the sea and a celebratory lunch and maybe a beer or two..
