Reginald Ballum Antiques

Reginald Ballum opened its doors to the public in June 2014. Originally a wine merchant’s property, the building was carefully and sympathetically renovated to reflect its past and to showcase the historic pieces available to customers. Reginald Ballum is the brainchild of Darren Peskett, who transitioned from his previous work in the building trade.

Darren became increasingly involved in the interior design of his building commissions, leading to the idea of a shop to display the pieces he sourced for clients and collected from all over Europe. This venture was a natural progression and an exciting challenge for him.

Reginald Ballum offers customers interested in period and original pieces a wonderful opportunity to browse and shop over two floors of this large and impressive building. Darren’s knowledge of and passion for decorative antiques is evident in the variety and quality of the antiques stocked.
