Centred around Broadwater Green – a popular spot for cricket and summer fairs, the area of Broadwater is now a thriving community in its own right. Broadwater has a good mix of properties and its own neighbourhood shopping area. Northbrook College is nearby and the A27 is just a short drive. Rumour has it that underground bunkers were dug under Broadwater Green in the event of a visit from Winston Churchill during the WWII.
