Parkrun Worthing

Everybody’s welcome at parkrun whether you walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate. It’s a free timed 5k event that takes place on the promenade from the East Beach every Saturday at 9am.

The Parkrun phenomenon (only ours is on the seafront) is a free, timed 5km run which takes place on the promenade from the East Beach every Saturday at 9am.

If you aren’t already a member of the Parkrun family please register – remember you only ever need register with parkrun once. Don’t forget to bring a printed copy of your barcode (request a reminder). If you forget it, you won’t get a time.
