In 2023, BEATLEMANIA will celebrate the 60th anniversary of the group’s first 2 studio albums ‘Please Please Me’ and ‘With The Beatles’ as part of a brand-new tour.
The first section of the show is dedicated to that year alone and will feature songs such as Twist And Shout , All My Loving and I Saw Her Standing There, as well as the No1 hits Please Please Me, From Me To You, I Want To Hold Your Hand, and She Loves You (which until 1977, was the biggest selling single of all time…the song that toppled it?…Mull Of Kintyre!)
The remainder of the show will try and cram in as many of the other massive songs as possible….A Hard Day’s Night, Help!, Day Tripper, Yellow Submarine, All You Need is Love,
Hey Jude, Something, Get Back and so many more. .
1963 was the year that launched the Beatles onto the UK stage….2 number1 albums, 4 number 1 singles 2 EPs almost 300 concerts and 200 TV and radio appearances (when there was only about 10 stations!)
