By 2022 Worthing will become one of the best digitally-connected locations in the UK. City Fibre are investing £25m to install full-fibre connectivity which will allow broadband speeds of up to 1,000 Mbps by 2022.
Full Fibre will enable residents to have the freedom to work from home with ease as well as access all the latest entertainment and smart home technology services at Gigafast speed.
Full Fibre is currently available in less than 11% of premises across the UK.
Transport Connectivity
Located in the South East of England, Worthing’s has excellent transport connectivity. With five stations, you’ll never be far from a rail link.
Worthing has direct train links to London Victoria (80 mins), Gatwick Airport (40 mins) and road links to London and the international port cities of Portsmouth and Southampton – both reachable within 1-2 hours. Shoreham port is just 20 mins.
